Before Service:

1. To cover the male signage on 3rd floor main toilet.

2. To place signage male signage at 3rd floor handicapped toilet here.

3, To place all the sowing boxes here.

4. To stick QR Code for Tithes/Offerings behind the chairs.

5. To position 1 person in the car park (when required) to manage and direct new comers to level 3 

Before / After Service

1. Bins with trash bag in position here.

2. Bins are clear after service, replace with trash bags.

3. Trash bag can be found inside the female toilet at level 3.

DO NOT clear the bins if there is night service unless it is 3/4 filled.

Seat Section:

ACC 87 Seats

ACC 87 Seats + 10 if required

1. Welcome Gift | Weekly  | Reorder point 30pcs
2. Water | Weekly | Reorder Point 24 pcs
3. Communion Element | 3rd Week | Reorder point 120 pcs

Note: Reorder point will be adjusted as the attendance grows.
Counting in detail number if visual checks reflects it is close to reorder point

For services in other locations, liaise with Pastor:

1. Offering collection
2. Ushering
3. Any other “props” required, example: Pen, paper, Blue Tac, Welcome Gift, etc

After night service:

1. Keep all signages
2. Clear all bins and replace trash Bag.
